Il lavoro viene anticipato dal primo singolo e video per il brano ‘Real Man’ e dall’audio del brano ‘Devil Whistle Don’t Sing’ realizzato in con Mark Lanegan.

‘Beast Must Regret Nothing’ è stato prodotto da Alain Johannes, noto per i lavori come musicista e produttore con Queens of The Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Chris Cornell, PJ Harvey e Mark Lanegan.
Questo è il terzo album di Gianni ed Erica, dopo due lavori usciti per Voodoo Rhythm prodotti da Jim Diamond (già con i Dirtbombs e dientro al banco di produzione degli White Stripes).
